In stock items purchased through EWGA’s online store shopping cart will ship within 1-5 business days. Note: Items shipped from our suppliers/third party vendors may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Standard ground delivery is an additional 1-5 business days from the ship date. If customer desires an expedited delivery (e.g. 3 Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air), please call to verify item is eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping/delivery is not an available option for some logoed apparel items, such as chapter apparel orders. Shipping charges will be calculated based on real-time UPS weight-based rates. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. The aggregate weight of the order will be rounded up to the next full pound. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days according to UPS guidelines.
Special order Items (Including Chapter Orders, Tournament apparel orders, and tournament awards/prizes): These items ship from a third party. Product could take 1-4 weeks to ship from the vendor.
International Orders: Shipping outside of the United States and Canada through the EWGA Online Store shopping cart is not available at this time. Contact EWGA Headquarters at (800) 407-1477 x 112 for additional details.
Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase through the EWGA Online Store. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return/exchange. All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by EWGA before shipping any merchandise to Association Headquarters. Please call (800) 407-1477 x 112 during business hours so we can coordinate a return, exchange or merchandise refund for you. For returns/exchanges, we offer the following options:
- Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt in the method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and/or using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns
- Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are not refundable
- Personalized merchandise, such as Chapter orders, are non-refundable
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned to you at your expense
- All clearance sales are final
